I wish Apple would do a better UI for it though, especially on iOS. Turn it in to a proper app rather than just a feature of the OS.

I worked it out, didn’t have auto fill selected within browser.

Oh I agree. I reckon if they made it where it can be accessed via an app and even web browser with the guarantee security it could put a lot of password managers out of business especially if it’s free.

You can access it via a Windows machine
If the login URL changes or anything and you find it no longer autofills on certain websites. You can press ‘autofill and save’ and it should then continue to do so.

Think you can add a variety of key words in so it picks up many sites with that key word, such as Google and Gmail.
Could be wrong though 
That may not be wise though, the major risk of autofill is that you accidentally click on a phishing link, say I dunno scammysite.google.com, and it auto fills and the scam site captures your password. If using autofill best to make sure it’s only doing it on the legit site.

I have to tap it to approve the login details being given and I’m a bit more wise to manage to stay clear of scam sites
Yeah you can wildcard and such if that’s what you mean. I generally add the whole website eg monzo.com rather than monzo.com/login
That way if they move the page where you log in or you need to verify yourself anywhere else on the website it will auto fill for you.

I preferred 1Password up until the recent move to version 8 and now it’s a buggy mess.
Now using Bitwarden and happy so far.

I haven’t had a single bug or problem on 1Password 8 on Windows, Mac or Linux. Guess I’ve been lucky? Not tried on Android though.

Been an outstanding update. Nice to finally have feature parity across platforms.
It was always Mac and iOS first previously.
Being able to pin 2FA codes to the home screen has been a game changer for me.

Looks like no more iCloud vault with 1Password 8 
Going to fully switch to Bitwarden as I can’t justify the price of a 1Password account
