Hi, after I done the passport photo and video of myself, my app has been on the ‘we’re verifying your acount information for a long while now, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, would to hear your feedback and advice

How long are we talking?

That sounds excessive. I’d recommend emailing help@monzo.com to ask them what the hold up is.

They mentioned something about if any family members are involved in any politics and parties but haven’t heard back from them, shall I email again?

It took less than 24 hours for both me and my husband so I’d recommend giving them a call
