Verifying

I’m just writing to say that I’ve been stuck on the verifying account information since the 11th March and I got a clear photo of my passport, and the video was clear so I don’t understand what is wrong, could you please help.

Hey @Joseph2 this happened to me too, as I had previously been a customer. Like @AlanDoe says nothing can be done on the forum but you could email help@monzo.com - they were really helpful in sorting out manual re-verification and getting me setup
