Waiting List Problems

Since I applied for account month or two have passed. Waiting list shows 0 people ahead of me. Some error pops up for a second while in app :confused:
No card for me I guess…

Hey! Email help@monzo.com and they’ll unlock you; this can happen to people who previously signed up for a prepaid card but didn’t finish the process.
