I signed up for Monzo three days ago and have since redeemed two of my invite codes, thus should have jumped 8,000 spaces yet I’m unmoved. How can this be possible?

Hey Emma, this sounds really frustrating! Please could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and starting all over again. it sounds like you’re in a bit of a broken loop.
