Give it a minute, it will likely show later today. If it doesn’t, it means your employer is paying by faster payments instead - so will arrive tomorrow on your payday.
Monzo paid early is never guaranteed therefore relying on it could cause implications.
Probably being a thicko here but why can’t faster payments be done as early payments? Is it because bacs payments have three days before they are paid and so Monzo know when they are going to be paid? Would be good if faster payments could also qualify as early payments
Bacs works on a 3 working day cycle, on day 2, Monzo can see the payment waiting and can advance this early on the basis the money arrives on day 3 of the cycle.
Faster payments are processed there and then, so Monzo doesn’t have any indication the money is due.
