Made a payment Friday 15th March… Merchant voided payment but its still showing as Pending on my account and the monies havent been returned yet. Worried and have emailed helpdesk, sent in void notice from Merchant plus selfie and photo ID. How much longer should it take.
Pending authorisations take either 7 or 30 days depending on merchant.
If it’s not returned by 30th calendar day reach out to monzo, but it will likely revert by that time latest.
The merchant hasn’t cancelled the transaction or you’d have it back. Now you’ll need to wait for it to happen automatically, it’s unlikely Monzo will do it for you.
