I have a payment that has been pending since April 6th. The company have since taken the funds again (that payment not pending). I have tried to get the funds returned but the app keeps telling me it can’t be processed at present.
You will need to try and contact Monzo in app as this forum won’t be able to assist, I’m afraid.

usually that pending payment can take up to 30 days to come back into your account monzo don’t usually do anything until after that time, i had a similar issue with that once and it took that time for the money to come back to my account
I’ve had a similar thing before. Contact Monzo via App and they may be able to help
