You’ll have to be a bit more descriptive. What is the error you’re getting? Have you spoken to customer services in app?
How many do you have active currently?

I only have one! That’s why I’m so irritated by this. I’m paying for a Monzo Max account too so I don’t understand why I keep getting the error message ?
I have one virtual card on my personal account but just cannot for the life of me create any more for my joint accoubt pots !

I’ve just created a Virtual card to be paid from our Joint account OK (Android). Try the following:

It’s so odd because it works on my personal account but none of the pots associated with the joint account!
My husband - the other person in the joint account, has had no issues
Thanks for the update and sorry to hear the problem persists. It appears to be related to your account and only Monzo support will be able to fix it
