Unable to verify identity automatically

Hey,
I was unable to verify my passport and I don’t know what to do now. I’ve been trying the chat option in app for ages as that’s all I can do but I have gotten no reply. I have also emailed help@monzo.com with no reply yet.

Wait patiently for a reply, is the passport the same as your name on the account application, d.o.b matches etc etc

All you can do is wait.
