I’m trying to get my Monzo account and my Monzo card. Have put in all my details on the app from a golden ticket I was sent but have been stuck at the verification stage. I have done my selfie video and taken a photo of my passport 4 times now and it’s not worked. I have also sent messages to the in app live chat asking for help but have had no replies. Help please!
Have you tried deleting/reinstalling the app? Give that a go

Still hasn’t worked. it’s just taking me back to the live chat page where I haven’t got any replies… hmmm
Try emailing help@monzo.com in that case. The support team are pretty swamped at the moment, unfortunately, so might just be a case of waiting
