Verify Idenitity

Love the system for verifying your identity. It all seems to have worked well and I’m currently waiting between (5min and 24hours - big difference!) for it to be verified so that I can order my card.

Interestingly I’ve not received notification that my account has been verified yet but the app says it has and asks me to ‘send my debit card’. When I click however it tells me it’s not ready. It would be more intuitive I think to stick with the ‘we’re verifying your card’ screen until it’s completed and I can actually order my card.

Hope this makes sense - it’s been a long morning!

Contact customer support via prepaid app. There was a similar glitch that sent my application for a debit card into a black hole.
