I used to have the old Monzo but didn’t use it very often. I’ve decided to start using it again so downloaded the app. The first thing I had to do was upgrade my account as it’s one of the old ones.
The problem is it’s been verifying for 2 days now. I’ve contacted support via email yesterday but haven’t had a response.
Anybody had a similar experience? If so, how did you resolve it?
