Verify Document Error

Hi there,

I am trying to set up my Monzo account. I have gotten to the ID document and selfie video stage, however when I submit them for verification it comes up with this error: ‘There was a problem. Sorry, Monzo couldn’t connect to the internet. Please check your connection and try again.’ I have tried multiple times on both WiFi and cellular data. I have also tried resetting my phone and reinstalling the app.

Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

I’d probably try deleting and reinstalling the app too, see if that makes any difference.

After that, if it still doesn’t work, it might be worth emailing help@monzo.com and see if they can fix the issue.
