Document Upload Error when signing up?

Hello all,

I am signing up to Monzo on my phone, I’ve got to the stage of recording myself, i click submit and i get an error which states:

There was a problem
The operation couldn’t be completed
(Monzo.IdentityDocumentUploadError error 0.)

Anyone know what this means, and if there is a way to get around this?

[EDIT] SOLVED! Deleted and re-installed the app seems to have fixed the issue!

Your best bet is probably to email help@monzo.com

  1. Other things to try - make sure you try on wifi and 3g
  2. Uninstall the app and try again
  3. If you have another phone or ipad etc. try on there
    (Just suggestions, no idea what the actual problem is)

Hi, a bit late but in case anyone else has issues.

I had this issue and just had to reset my phone. It then worked
