A friend of mine recently noticed a strange paypoint deposit of £20 into his business account. The App says it originated in the UK and happened while we were out of the country. My understanding is that you need the physical card for PP deposits?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be?

Your friend needs to speak to Monzo support.
We can only give you limited advice for things and these are one of them questions we can barely answer for you.
This could of been accidentally sent to your friend’s business account but I am unsure. Your friend will have to contact Monzo support in-app or over the phone regarding this.
I can only give you advice and tips. I am not an expert.
