Do you know how to get my card unfrozen? I alread asked Monzo via the app an hour ago but I have not received any reply.

Cards can be frozen & unfrozen within the monzo app 
Head to the account page (middle of the bottom navigation) and under your card image, tap “defrost card”

Unfortunately, I don’t have any icon entitled Unfrozen 
!!
On iOS it says defrost. In same place you froze it

Sounds like monzo may have frozen your card for you, nobody on the forum will be able to assist unfortunately. This could have been done for many reasons…
Waiting on monzo help will be your best bet
