How to freeze card without using the app

I would like to freeze my monzo card as I lost that and my phone last night, but i am unable to freeze it using the phone app as I have lost my phone

is there any way to freeze the card online?

Only way would be to email help@monzo.com from the same email address your account is registered against.

You could also get the Monzo app on another phone, log in and then freeze your card. If you have a friend who uses Monzo, they can log out of their account, let you log in and freeze, and then get them logged back in.
