Unable to sign up for account


Hoping someone can help.

I’m trying to sign up for a Monzo current account but it keeps failing at The ID Part.

I’ve tried my passport and driving license but both with the same outcome.

Only problem is I’ve got a beard now since my passport and driving license photos.

Hi there, I almost have the same problem. I upload my provisional driving licence and a video as instructed but it keeps saying “There was a problem with your identity verification”. Obviously I am not able to chat within the app for help as I am stuck at this stage.
