App keeps crashed after ID verification

Hi,

I’ve tried to sign up with Monzo since yesterday. I managed to send my ID and video through after which the screen got stuck to verification and after that went blank. I tried to re-install and I got to mobile verification, but that doesn’t go through it just keeps saying there was a problem after I submit my code. I’ve tried to ask in the chat as well as via email and get no reply. Please help!
