ID verification problems

I am trying to send my ID. I’ve tried so many time but they keep saying its not good enough. And now the app just says come for a quick chat. They never reply! I have to hold my passport open. I’ve tried daylight, flash, no flash. It is driving nuts! I can clearly read my passport on the pics and the camera is the best phone camera you can get. 40 mega pixels. Why won’t they reply and what the hell is wrong with that app? I can’t get back to the home page on it now

Try emailing help@monzo.com. The chat support team are a bit swamped lately, so emailing might be your best option.
