I opened a monzo account recently but I am unable to send any money

It says ā€œsorry there was a problem sending money.Please try again in a minuteā€

I canā€™t send any money to my monzo account AND I canā€™t send any money out of it

Sounds like you will have to contact in app support.

Maybe your account is frozen by monzo. It will give you a similar error message. Contact monzo mate

How do I contact them in the app?

Tap ā€˜Helpā€™ in the bottom right corner of the app and search for what your issue is.

If you canā€™t find an article or none of the ones listed help you, then click ā€˜I canā€™t find what Iā€™m looking forā€™ at the bottom of the screen.

Alternatively, call the number on the back of your card :slight_smile:

You can just call the number on the card, theyā€™ve hidden chat, but you can try find it by searching for something then click contact us somewhere in the help article.
