I have been locked out of my account. I can’t use my monzo app. I have money in there also. Right now I don’t know what to do please.
Have you tried contacting Monzo through the in-app chat or phone number? We’re just customers on here so cannot really help. You will need to contact Monzo direct.

What does the app say? Are your credentials correct?
You can do very minimal things on web.monzo.com but if you’ve been locked out or your account frozen because they suspect fraud, you’ll have to wait until their conclude their investigation.
I have tried everything possible. They are not responding to me at all
Discussing individual account issues is not a thing for the forum community. Monzo can only handle such things directly.
