Help contacting someone at monzo?

Hello, a few days ago there was suspicious activity on my account, so monzo froze it for me. It was to be defrosted last night however it’s still frozen, and now I can’t seem to send them a message through the chat - it keeps saying message failed to send!

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to speak to someone?
