Unable to receive FPS payments

I have a new Monzo account sort code 40-00-03 but it doesn’t seem to be able to receive FPS payments from other banks. I’ve checked with BACS and this is confirmed. I can’t be the only one but customer service doesn’t seem to know what I’m talking about.

Shouldn’t that be 04-00-03? (you have the first 2 digits of the sort code reversed?)

Yes, and it also states ‘HSBC’ and not ‘Monzo’.

Doh! Thanks all. Perhaps I’ve banked with HSBC for too long! 04 it is.
