HSBC Bulk Payments

Hub all,

My employer is having issues sending money from HSBC to Monzo when they use the BACS bulk payment service.

Is this something that you guys are aware of and working to fix?


I’ve not herd of this happening anywhere else. Could it possibly be an issue with their system not accepting the Monzo sort code? This has been the case in other places and required them to update their list.

Best bet would be for them or you to email with the issues you’re facing and hopefully they will be in touch to resolve the issue
