Unable to order a new card!

HELP

I had my account frozen due to a fraudulent payment. I was told to order a new card and no matter how many times I’ve tried, it won’t allow me to. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app but no success.

I’ve also tried calling the helpline but can’t get through to a human.
Any ideas? :bulb:

I would suggest covering your name and address in the screenshot as this is a public forum.

I flagged your post as spam in an effort to hide it while you redact your personal info – but someone else may need to do it as well.

As for the question, you’ll have to contact Monzo in app.
