Unable to order a new card!

HELP

I had my account frozen due to a fraudulent payment. I was told to order a new card and no matter how many times I’ve tried, it won’t allow me to. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app but no success.

I’ve also tried calling the helpline but can’t get through to a human.
Any ideas? :bulb:

I would suggest covering your name and address in the screenshot as this is a public forum.
