So I put the obligatory £100 in the account to get it activated, after a while i pulled the full amount out at an ATM, now when I want to topup (via Android) I only get the option to popup via bank transfer - is this by design or a bug?
No. You should be able to top up via a Debit card. Can you contact in app support to see why. Also make sure your app is up to date
Hi @oderuyter, I had a similar think and reported the bug to Monzo, they suggested I closed the app and opened to try again, which didn’t work, but after restarting phone, it had reverted to normal.
Inadvertently i rebooted my handset for other reasons and bingo it was there - hmmm not ideal but atleast not a calamity!
