Hi, I went to the session last week to install the app but I didn’t get a chance to complete the top up. I have just made a successful top-up payment and I’m stuck now with card activation (nine digit number). Can you please advise how do I get the card?

I think he’s got the card and made the £100 topup but it hasn’t activated
I already top up. But the app has a bug. Still asking to top up.

If you top up again, that should work. If you get topped up twice, we can always refund one of them!
