I think Experian have pulled from the third-party access arena tbh.
They want you to pay them for the information, outside of your statutory report entitlement.

Hey everyone
I’m back with another update for those on Extra, Perks and Max
I’m excited to share that we have partnered with Experian to provide your third credit score, enabling you to now access credit scores from the three major UK credit reference agencies, all within Monzo.
If you’re an Extra, Perks and Max customer, you can access your new Experian score by heading to credit insights from the plan tab.
We have also listened to your feedback about making the credit score visuals clearer. To help you understand whether you have a healthy credit score or one that needs improvement, we’ve added colour to the credit score dials to allow you to quickly compare between them.
As previously mentioned, we are continuing to test the free version of credit insights and will keep making improvements based on your feedback over the coming weeks.
Thank you for your support and please do let me know if you have any questions or feedback.
Ross
Holy motherduckin guacamole
Also just fyi there’s not a huge amount of contrast between the dark theme “Monzo blue” background and the Experian logo.
I can make it out mostly but it’s not pleasant, and probably presents an accessibility problem for others. Their branding guidelines suggest that you can use a black/white version on coloured backgrounds.
Another Thursday another feature
Great to see this improvement @rossmonzo!
Wait, didn’t i already have two scores?
I did. I did.
It’s prettier now but wasn’t that there before?
Oh no. It’s Equifax, and TransUnion. Experian isn’t showing yet - they can’t find me.
I’m here. I’m here!
They took an hour to ‘find me’. Panic over. I’ve got all three now. Phew!
This has got me seriously considering switching from my legacy plus account to extra/perks.
Is it just the scores or the reports too?
If it’s reports, this might tempt me back into paying for Extra. Experian has become increasingly elusive to access.
Right now we show three scores but rely on the TransUnion report for your credit-boosting actions, credit health factors and full report. We find the content of the report doesn’t typically vary massively between CRAs, so haven’t yet been able to prioritise it over some of the other changes we’ve worked on.
We’d also need agreement from partners to fetch the full report - never say never, but we currently don’t get all 3 reports as part of our agreements.
That said, I know there is a valid use case for being able to compare across reports (e.g. CheckMyFile) so I’d personally love to make it happen. No promises though!
Not sure I’ve ever clicked through to see the insights before. Apparently I’m “Doing great” on 5 things but “Could improve” by getting a mortgage - which I don’t need.
Can’t match me with Experian but, apparently, working on it.
If that appears at some point I shall have a poke around and see how this compares with the 3 CRA-specific apps.
Same here - even though mine is paid off
Exactly. Does seem a bit daft there’s no way of the CRAs recognising this.
Interesting. I know they’re all “made up numbers” to a degree but my Transunion score has for some reason always been pretty rubbish (and much more volatile) in comparison to the other two, which hover at or occasionally just below maximum.
Mine appeared in an hour
Really? I have a dozen hard checks from the last 12 months spread over the 3 CRAs, but none of them are visible on all 3 reports. In fact, most appear on only one…
This is great. Having all 3 in one place is very handy. Love the colour spruce up too. Much more visually appealing.
Any news on making this a Spotlight?
You are very right, searches are the one exception. Most lenders only search one or two bureaux, even though they eventually report to all three. I think this one is more pressing for us to solve than the full report - even if we got two out of three bureaux in there, it could give much better piece of mind that you’ll see new credit applications showing up.
No promises on dates but making it easier to find your credit insights in the app is on the agenda. TBC whether that’s a spotlight and/or something else.
Great to hear. Thanks
