Tonight I was in a sticky situation where my gas and electricity ran out. Due to me recently starting a new job which is paid monthly I do not get paid until 28th Feb. I contacted Monzo via telephone and then I as advised that the conversation would continue through the App. After speaking to Emily and Ronald they have managed to sort out my situation and I am forever grateful of their help. I really hope that they get the recognition that they deserve after helping somebody who was stuck in a horrible situation. I can’t thank them enough. Many many thanks
