Well just had a complaint adjudicated and am very happy with the response/ have been full Monzo for some time and now feel vindicated

I’ve only just joined Monzo but I’ve heard very good things about it and now knowing they listen to complaints and act upon them, I feel like I’m going to enjoy my time with Monzo haha.
