Monzo Lack Of Communication

Monzo has not been responding to my queries, another piece of evidence they are terrible.
They also refuse to answer called and claim to call back within 24hour, lie.

They closed my account for no given reason and are now refusing to answer queries about a statement or refunded payments.

Its a new query, my other one was not dealt with.

You just have to email them and wait I’m afraid. An admin will close this thread.
