Stuck opening my account

My app is stuck on the page in the image below. I can’t click the button, reinstalling the app doesn’t help either, I just end up on the same page after logging in, not sure how to get out of it?

All you can do is email them with your details and get them to update you that way

Looks like your account is in place, it only needs to be upgraded by customer support service :grin:

I’m sort of surprised to see that. I feel there was a deadline after which they closed all of the unmodified pre-paid accounts which makes this look like a different sort of issue to the norm.

gonna second that I think customer service will need to help with this one via email.
