App connection problem

The last few days I am unable to get into my accounts. Pretty much a black screen with a message pop up at the bottom - Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later and contact us if it continues.
Unfortunately I am also unable to contact Monzo people via the app because of said issue. And no idea if here is the best place.

(I am still getting notifications of when the cards are being used however)

Have you tried deliting app
reinstalling ?

If you cannot get through to support via the app, there is a number on the back of your card you can ring (020 3872 0620 or 0800 8021 281)

No and I do understand I probably should but I don’t want to have to do that. Also a few other peoples post are saying it either worked for a bit then it became a problem or not at all. What I would like to do is talk to a person on the technical department to sort this out so it’s no longer an issue, being as the App is the only way to access with your account.

I’d put money on it that removing and reinstalling the app is the first thing that Monzo will suggest when you get in touch with them about this.

It takes no time what so ever, so I’d recommend that you give it a quick go first as this solves most issues :slight_smile:
