Start using existing card

Hi,

I got a card from an event last year but haven’t downloaded the app and start using it until now. It seems that I can’t bypass the queue screen (how many people ahead and behind me). How can I just top up and activate my existing card rather than waiting for a new one ? Which would be a waste I presume.

Hi, if you swipe left on the queue screen with 3 fingers (it may take a few attempts), you’ll get to the card activation page

PS when you’re sorted, it would be great to hear how many users Monzo has now, if you could share your Monzo user number
