I bought it from a Three store and it’s all Three branded, no mention of Relish anywhere.

If you got it from a Three store that’s not ‘Three Broadband’ it’s 4G or 5G broadband from Three. Different network and systems. It might literally be broadband from Three but it’s not Three Broadband / Relish

I’ve had pretty good experiences with Three over their webchat service in the past. I used this one here for their Social Media Team http://www.three.co.uk/support/social_media_webchat
They probably won’t be able to set the Direct Debit but they’ll be able to get the correct answer for you and maybe restore some faith in the company for you
