Scam - Struggling to get help from Monzo Customer Service

Hello there, my friend (monzo customer) unfortunately has been scammed on the 14 Aug . She immediately reached action fraud, Monzo and Experian but, since that is struggling to receive the necessary support, being redirected between chat, standard emails and so on. Is there a way to reach the proper support team in Monzo?


I thought they’d already managed to contact support?

If “your friend” is wanting an update and this is the part you’re struggling with then that’s normal.

Banks dont share progress until their fraud investigation is concluded, so unfortunately you’ll just have to sit tight and wait until they’re finished.
