I have lost my card and I am trying to reset my pin, I have taken a photo of the front and back of my drivers licence and recorded the video with my voice. The app said I would get a confirmation in 10 min, this was two hours ago-has anyone had this problem before?
more importantly have you frozen your card … your PIN is used to authorise payments , do you think your PIN has been compromised ? have you had any notifications of transactions on your phone ?
If you’ve lost your card don’t just reset your PIN
Order a new card and freeze the one you have currently until it arrives.
