Replacement card CVC number not accpeted

Hi there

My replacement card works fine to “tap” and pay, but i cant make any on-line purchases (or connections to UBER) because it says my CVC number is not recognised or is incorrect. Any help with this please?

Nobody here can help you. You’ll need to speak to Monzo directly.

Go to “Help” in the app, search “Contact” and you’ll find the chat option that way.

May be a silly question, but are you using the CVC number off the back of the card?

Even if the front number is still the same as your old card so you haven’t needed to update your card details, the CVC number will have changed.
