I closed my Monzo account last year as I wasn’t use it. I now would like to reopen it but when I try and sign up using the app it says my mobile number is already registered. I could use my work mobile number but would rather my personal one as I don’t always have the work phone on me.
Unfortunately I don’t think that the users here can help with this so I’d recommend emailing help@monzo.com or sending them a DM on Twitter so that they can deal with this for you.
