Going back to Monzo

Hi I signed upto monzo received my card but never used it then cancelled my account I’m wanting to re activate or re start again I have the app and it sends my phone a code but won’t accept the code sent. And can’t find how to Contact monzo.
All advice wanted please

You can only reopen your account after a certain period but I cant remember what it is (I think it is a month).

You can email help@monzo.com and they will help you reopen the account.

Period is 1 month. But as the other post states you’ll need go email monzo to get this opened back up.

Please stop suggesting this for all login issues. It’s not accurate.

Contacting Monzo in this instance is the best course of action.

No it not the right way but it was a work around until chat got back.
