Currently you have to enter their s/c & acc no. to schedule recurring payments to another Monzo user. You should be able to do it with the quick pay on the payments page, same with joint to personal and vice versa

Feature Request: Create a scheduled payment Monzo to Monzo Joint Account without having to setup a new Payee

I’m trying to setup a scheduled payment to my Monzo joint account. Although I would have to setup the joint account as a fresh recipient to be able to do this. So it would be great to have the ability to setup a scheduled payment into Joint Account right from the Move Money menu rather than having to setup a new scheduled payment. Anyone else could use this feature?

Scheduled Payments to Another Monzo Account

Monzo is great. Go out for - send my pal £20 monzo to monzo in about 4 seconds. Boom. Happy days. More time to enjoy the four cheese 10 inch. But why can’t I do a scheduled payment monzo to monzo just as easily? I know I could theoretically punch in their account number and sort code but why can’t I just click on their face in payments and set up a weekly payment for club?

Easier scheduled payments to other Monzo customers (and people you've made bank transfers to before)

Not sure if I’m missing something obvious here but it would be handy to have a much easier way setup scheduled payments to other Monzo customers (and people you’ve made bank transfers to before). I know I could do this by copying the account details and pasting it into the scheduled payments form but it feels like a really clunky journey and something that could be easily fixed with a link and prefilled fields on the scheduled payments page.

Hi - apologies if this has already been suggested. I find it odd that Monzo only give me the option to create a schedule payment when I select a payee’s non-Monzo account.
