Hello my Son was using Monzo up until early 2023 he was out of the UK in hospital due to illness.
He has returned to the UK but cant access the email connected to his monzo any more and does not have his old mobile number.
I am trying to help him regain access to his monzo account - he has MH issues so cant do this on his own. Tried everything to get him back into his account using the App on his phone but no good. We have emailed monzo with his details / monzo account number and photo of him holding his passport. Is there any other way to speed this up as no replies to the email yet and he cant access Monzo chat online as he cant get into the app. thanks Dino
There’s no way to speed it up.
If you’ve already had dialog with Monzo via email and have sent everything they’ve requested, it’s just a waiting game now. I’m sure they’ll get back to you as soon as they can and once all necessary checks have been done

hi okay yes we sent the email in hope they respond at some point thank you
