I’ve had a Monzo account for years now and I have always had no issues up until my iPhone has water damage and I currently can’t access my email address my Monzo bank is registered with so I can’t log into my Monzo app on my of my devices.
Does anyone know how long it will take, I have contacted help which have ignored me for 2 days now and I have also called up customer support to which being told they couldn’t help me what do ever.
I feel like I’m being ignored
