Lost phone. Can't access app

How can I access my account if I’ve lost my phone? I can’t access my email account to get logged into the app? I’ve rang Monzo so many times and been left on hold for hours without actually speaking to someone. I’ve emailed with a new email but no response, I need to access my money as soon as. Can anyone help?

My email was set up with old phone number, absolute disaster. I finally got through to them and they were able to.see I emailed them so thankfully I got access in the end. Thank you :+1:
