I’m pretty confident that they’re rules in place to stop a customer service rep putting you in your overdraft …again.
That’s fine with me. However, they could have messaged before doing partial refund. They are now saying they can’t do the remaining balance so I’ve got some random money in my account now
If you’ve told Monzo about it that’s your part done. Just chuck it into an interest pot and forget about it.
