Question about the online banking app

I’ve been logged out of my online banking app and have a new email address how can I get it back open

You’ll need to get in touch with Monzo at help@monzo.com. If you can include a selfie with your ID in the email it might speed things up a bit.

It would be easier if you logged in with your old email address then changed it to your new one in app.

I’ve forgotten the password to my old email that’s why I’ve had to make a new one

Again, it would be easier to go through recovery to get access to your old email account rather than having to contact Monzo and go through all the verification etc.
