Logged out of my banking app

Hi, I logged out my monzo app by accident this morning as it didn’t recognise my face in stead of pressing retry I pressed log out,

Now I’m trying to log back in, I put my email in go to my emails do they buy, then it says phone number, but it saying number already in use, how am I suppose to sign back in?

If it’s asking for your phone number then it hasn’t recognised your email and thinks you are trying to sign up to a new account

Are you sure you’re using the email you signed up with?
