0800 numbers are callable only from VOIP and UK numbers, but not international numbers. It would be great to provide a +44 00000000 number for those emergences abroad.

I was looking from the Monzo Bank app in “known issues”. It takes you to this page.
The whole help section will be fully revamped very soon but I’m working on getting the international number added to this page right now. 
Update: Done, it’s waiting on a review to go live.

Just to confirm, this is now fixed as part of a few other changes to the help screen. 
I should note that this screen is still temporary and that you will see the in-app help change even more over the next week or two as we find out what the commonly asked questions are.
